HR Manager

Position Description

Visionary is seeking a HR Manager who will be working with the VP of Operations to oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of Visionary’s team. Additionally, the HR manager role will grow into a role to manage HR partnerships, and Visionary's training/tool development process while making sure the organization is systematically updated on critical changes that can result in a shift of accountability for each department. The responsibilities for this position include the following:
