Steven Christmann started his own construction company in 2001, at the age of 21 years old, World Class Restoration. With limited college education, and zero initial capital or funding of any kind World Class Restoration became a company with over 68 employees in 4 years. World Class Restoration was contracted out at some of NYC’s major construction projects such as the construction of the AOL Time Warner Center, Knickerbocker Village, a 22 building city housing complex, The Gansevoort Hotel, The Alex Hotel, The Plaza Hotel and many more.
The success of World Class Restoration led Steven Christmann into Real Estate Investment where he self learned the banking system and all its intricacies. Upon traveling for business to Switzerland in 2008, Steven Christmann met Thomas Guetermann, a prominent Swiss banker and member of the Guetermann Textile family.
